First stable release

So this is the first release: note that this really isn't a library..yet, but it might become one eventually, but at any rate I want to use this with ZBatt; so I need a stable target to pull into ZBatt, and master wouldn't do since I'd probably forget to make sure everything works okay before merging stuff into master.
