this uses astyle to reformat all the C code in AM32 for 2 space indent, which is what the Keil editor config is set to on @AlkaMotors PC
After this is merged we should add a .git-blame-ignore-rev so it can ignore the big commit in git history.
I have checked that the Makefile build produces identical binaries for all targets after this PR and before
Note! I used "add-braces" in the astylerc, so even 1 line if() statements get braces, which is how I prefer it, but if @AlkaMotors prefers not to do that I will redo this PR without that
