- Don't translate message descriptions, which are just comments for translators - Translate everything to actually be idoiomatic Traditional Chinese and not mostly Simplified Chinese, a bunch more zh_Hant_CN, and only like 10% zh_TW In particular: fix 視頻, 屏幕, 選項卡, 高級 etc.

Hand translated in about 6 hours. The current translations are incomplete and far from idiomatic. It would be nice if this can be merged so that users get to see idiomatic Traditional Chinese when they choose Traditional Chinese. Thank you for a great addon!
