Overview

Fixes for building docker locally

Notes:

• couldn't upgrade to python > v3.10 as it was throwing errors in runtime:

  File "/usr/local/lib/python3.11/site-packages/scss/grammar/scanner.py", line 236, in _scan
    raise SassSyntaxError(self.input, self.pos, restrict)
scss.errors.SassSyntaxError: Syntax error: Found 'map-get($g' but expected one of ADD, ALPHA_FUNCTION, BANG_IMPORTANT, BAREWORD, COLOR, DOUBLE_QUOTE, FNCT, IF_FUNCTION, INTERP_START, LITERAL_FUNCTION, LPAR, NOT, NUM, SIGN, SINGLE_QUOTE, URL_FUNCTION, VAR

• also fixed deprecated debug variable for Flask
• probably need extra fixes in site-generator Failing to build Docker image and run on python > 3.10 site-generator#103
