ToDos from combined meeting:

• Split sharing process into three distinct and easily-followable tracks (SGID Index, Open Data, and Open SGID)
• Split policy into distinct pages for each existing h2, investigate a better home from policy than about\policies
• Clean up/clarify qualification/guideline/policy and process/procedure usage
• Rework /sharing so that it leads directly to the sharing tracks.
• Split the examples from /sharing into their own "platinum/gold/silver/bronze"-sponsor-style examples page
• Investigate policy duplicating metadata how-to (title, tags, etc)
• Separate "contributing to existing datasets" into its own track

Overarching thought: how does this look to a first-time sharer? Can it be made less intimidating?
