Hi there, i hope you are safety and fine!

Currently, I work as the Manager of Operations & Support at Shipay, where I lead a cross-functional team of five, building solutions that are helping companies to explore PIX Transactions with almost every Brazilian Bank and also all Digital Wallets such as Mercado Pago, Picpay ,Ame and Pagseguro.💰

I'm deeply passionate about creating/design loved and trusted automated solutions that help people make his job easily, greateful and productive! 🙂

I have over 10 years of experience working in CX, WFM and recently start my journey developing Rest APIs with Python and Go. 🛅

If you catch me outside of work, I'm a Guitarrist, an avid lover of Formula 1 and Soccer ( GALO 🏆🐔 )!
