This is a coda to #2647 which fills in the missing pieces for
Relation.Nullary.Reflects.Issue(s):
Data.Bool.Base.T,and/or bugs in level resolution, it doesn't seem possible to defineT-reflectsin terms of the new additions? Or rather: trying to (usingLevel.Lift.lower) incurs too great an opacity penalty...
