Fixing DBooru bugs again

Fixes:

• e621 module ( due to e621 update )
• Incorrect amount of tags showed on /image/* pages
• gelbooru not parsing rating ( forgot to implement ¯\(ツ)/¯ )

Changes:

• derpibooru tag parser
  Should be more reliable after switching from eval()
