Thanks @franrob-projects Im not sure if the whole section might need a little tidy up imo. Specifically also it says
If you go to delete the account straight after downgrade you wont be able to delete the account yet. You will be faced with this screen and you will need to revisit this on or after the first of the next month Similar to
Im not sure that quite fits into the flow? I also think there should be more visibility of the disconnect sso provider section, because I don't think it is clear that you will need to do this as you will otherwise be presented with a contact us link instead of start deletion process link e.g. it says
I think a note there to say if you don't see the start link but a contact us link it will usually mean you will need to disconnect your sso (oauth) provider and link to the section |
Description
We say in the current steps in https://ably.com/docs/account/users#close
Specifically "click save billing details to save your changes" is unrelated to the downgrade package steps and where in https://ably.com/docs/pricing/free#downgrade we say "click the Downgrade button"
