  1. Runs black on codebase
  2. Adds CONTRIBUTING.md, seeing there are many pull requests :)
  3. Adds pre-commit-config.yaml that checks for black formatting & flake8 checking before commit
  4. Changes = to == for pyngrok and adds other requirements namely pre-commit, black & flake8
  5. Updates README to add video url & Amit's blog
