Removed from aave/interface#1325 since this is not immediately necessary until we want to support permit for Paraswap or migration service. Closing this in favor of #456 |

Move
signERC20Approvalfrom a V3 Pool specific function to a general utility so it can be used for multiple use-cases: Paraswap, migration utility, etc.
