Dream 1.0 roadmap (draft)

Port Dream to Eio. https://github.com/aantron/dream/pull/254 https://github.com/aantron/dream/issues/194.
- Eio will give Dream direct style. Experiment with effects and whether they are relevant to the API of Dream.
Make sure Dream works with Hyper; release Hyper.
Review the API and estimate likelihood that anything has to change; do as many predicted breaking changes as possible before 1.0.
Let's Encrypt prototype -- make sure that design decisions don't preclude developing this after 1.0.
