What

• Added ack and forgot functionality to the API deployment post call, in addition to the existing status call.

Why

• The clear/forgot action is necessary when the result is returned.

How

• Leveraged existing methods to implement the ack and forgot functionality.

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)

• Not other than the API. But the result will be removed once it is received on the client side.
