[feat-573] transfer mods from one version to another

Current UI Prototype (Help Needed)

Behavior

• "Transfer" button only adds new mods to the target version.
• "Exact Transfer" button tries to copy the mods almost 1:1 to the target version. Meaning missing mods will not be added and excess mods will be uninstalled.
• When transfer is done, the user is redirected to the versions mod list/slide.
• Handled edge cases where the current version is not modded and source version has the same mods as the target version.
