Hi,

I'm using COMPASS to analyse a single 10x multiome dataset- RNA modality only. The output folder seems to spit out each barcode as a separate sample with a: log file, err.log, out.log, reactions.txt and success_token.
The reactions.txt file looks like this:

How is this to be interpreted or used downstream? Is this the right way to run compass for a single sample?

Please help!
Thanks
