WIP PR.

Adds individual bio pages for team members. Clicking on a team member's card on the /team page will open each individual bio.

Individual pages can include skill domain list and project list, as pulled from the Airtable script.

Changes Made

• Adds individual bio pages
• Link to bio pages from team page
• Adds skillsets and related projects to Airtable import script
• Reduces size of the team map code by using Browserify and UglifyJS to bundle, minify, and uglify the map JavaScript.
