I replicated what was done in the dxvk and vkd3d verbs (which seems like removing the linkcheck on the w_download)
This also insures that the latest fixes are always grabbed (downstream projects don't need to pull winetricks constantly)
Let me know if there's a better way you'd like me to do this.
