There are already 2 links to qbe. 1 in the requirements and 1 in the quick start. Do you think it's not clear enough? |
To be honest, I totally missed those because the link text is "here". My mind is trained to ignore links like that 馃槄 |

This PR adds a link to the QBE site the first time it's mentioned, as for folks unfamiliar with QBE (like myself), it can be hard to find easily.
