This is the exact version of PP that I managed to find here. I have not changed any files in this release: this is byte-for-byte what I downloaded from that FTP server. I think this software was written before MIT licenses even existed, but it seems to be released under a "do whatever you want" sort of license, according to the manual contents.

My plan for this is to:

1. Get it building on a modern Ubuntu, at least in a Docker container.
2. Update the README files and such to be proper markdown with no weird character encoding issues.
3. Build the documentation and publish the compiled results in the Git Repo.
4. Create a Helm chart so that it can be deployed to a Kubernetes cluster.
5. Integration test it with Meerkat DSA and possibly Quipu.
