FixCHS, tested on all Windows NT from 3.51 up to Windows 10
use FixCHS_NT.exe for Windows NT 3.51, NT 4, 2000
and FixCHS.exe for Windows XP, 2003 and higher
Note: do NOT use the program to "fix" EFI Boot issues. Using it on modern systems to prepare a "donor disk" is fine.
