That reads as an API-level rejection, and there is no such check: the quote and the order are accepted, the refusal happens at payout, and the order is cancelled. Nothing reaches the beneficiary, but the order does not complete either — a partner needs to expect a cancelled order, not a4xx.Also adds where to send those beneficiaries instead (
