The first complete version

The first complete version includes the codes of:

1. computing the five non-trivial eigenvector distances: ROT, sROT, HAD, DAG, and TSD.
2. constructing the Lapped HGLET (LP-HGLET)
3. constructing the NGWPs: VM-NGWP, PC-NGWP, LP-NGWP
4. assembling the NGWF and rNGWF
5. several helper functions for generating dissertation figures.

It works under Julia v1.6.0.
