Allow modifying selection without closing dialog. Fix wangqr#49
The error handling inside of read_subtitles is a bit clumsy here, but it's probably the best we can get without bigger refactors.

A couple of miscellaneous features from arch1t3cht/Aegisub or wangqr/Aegisub . These are only the small additions complementing existing functionality that should be fairly uncontroversial, and not any actual new additions.
