Feature: Invite to Sign up

Context

As per #27 we are going to start allowing people to signup only if they have an invitation.

Things to do

• UI to send invitation
  • being logged in, you are shown a form to input Name, Email
  • when submit
    • decrease available invitations
    • generate invitation token
    • send invitation email
• UI to access invitation UI (pending design)
  • If user has available invitations
    • In the header: "Know a friend that has donated?"
    • After donation creation: "If you know a friend who donates, invite her to track"
  • If user doesn't have available invitations
    • In the same places, take them to the invitation page
• Token activation
  • When user receives invite, clicks on link: invitations/CODE
  • Controller reads CODE, check it exists, if ok, show standard sign up form
  • When user signs up, remove token from signup_invitation_tokens
• Sign up action
  • Add filter, only available to people with invitation code

Background Tasks:

• after user creation

• load invitations: give invitations to all users

    • (notify true; send email notifiying of new invites)
