Feature Description

While creating a new profile, there is nothing indicating that it is not necessary to enter a password, and that it is not possible to recover it, nor that it is only stored locally.

Perhaps there could at least be a tooltip (or a question-mark-button type of a thing) briefly explaining these things.

I tried this to be more clear. I think it's ugly, so I'll go with a tooltip directly on the password field, instead, so when people hover, they'll see the message.

This explains that passwords are optional, local, can't be recovered,
and aren't sent to servers.

Fixes TokTok#299.
