So far, the Windows installer was very basic and featured only the bare minimum implementation. With this PR, the installer gets a bit nicer, with the inclusion of a README and a LICENSE file. The user now has to agree with the license terms, and can choose to open the README file once the installation has completed. Users can also chose to start MyoFInDer right after finishing the installation.
Using only the free version of Advanced Installer, there's not much more improvements that can be brought to the Windows installer. This is however not a big deal, as the installer is designed as a convenience tool and should remain as simple as possible.
