Balance update fix

This version fixes a bug preventing the balance from updating after receiving a transaction.

BIP44 support added

Previous versions of the wallet are not compatible with this new implementation.

This version adds support for BIP44 through SLIP-10.
The path to the wallet has been changed to avoid compatibility issues with the older versions of the wallet.

• %APPDATA%/Nyzo/wallet.nyzowallet on Windows
• $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/Nyzo/wallet.nyzowallet or ~/.config/Nyzo/wallet.nyzowallet on Linux
• ~/Library/Application Support/Nyzo/wallet.nyzowallet on macOS

You can migrate your accounts from the previous version of the wallet by importing the private keys as external accounts.

Improved account management

This version solves an issue with the wallet not displaying balances correctly.
