Fixed Issue #12165

Describe your change:

Written an Algo to check Palindrome Phrase Integar and Sentence

  • Add an algorithm?

  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?

  • Add or change doctests? -- Note: Please avoid changing both code and tests in a single pull request.

Sorry, but we already have multiple algorithm files for checking different types of palindromes:

We do not want duplicate algorithms in our repo. The issue #12165 should've never been opened in the first place.
