Added UI and a configuration file to help better control JKVersion's behavior, and work around broken downloads. You can also provide local files now.

Note: There's a .7z version of the Unofficial Patch floating around there that doesn't seem to work. The patcher included won't run, I think it might be 16-bit. Google for the ZIP version of the Unofficial Patch which has a working patcher included.

• Recoded in C#!
• .NET Framework version dependancy bumped to 4.5.2. (It should compile in older versions though.)
• Now finds your Jedi Knight directory for you and installs the files there! (If you have the Steam version you need to run it once to set it up first.)
