Release 1.0.0.1 - Fixed missing/broken script

I forgot to include an essential script to launch NeoGeo Pocket games through RetroArch, and some information about this in the README. This is now all been added.

UPDATE: This build is broken, go with version 1.0.0.1 instead.
All necessary artwork and data included, and some instructions to carefully follow to install.
