This MR is supposed to close current cycle and unlock sync with FDO gabble.
It introduces following changes:
Altogether it should qualify for small release (part chat markers unit test, yet to come) - big wocky reshuffle and small Gabble, CI test in GH/GL against matrix build for various platforms and all baseline unit tests.
