CampPlanner is a web application that allows users to manage campgrounds and tourist spots. With CampPlanner, users can easily add, delete, and update campgrounds and tourist spots. The application also includes a review functionality, enabling users to share their experiences and opinions about different locations.
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/TeekshaHarish/CampPlanner.git - Navigate to the project directory:
cd CampPlanner - Install the dependencies:
npm install - Set up environment variables. Create a
.envfile in the root of the project and define the following variables: MONGO_URI=<your_mongodb_connection_string> SECRET_KEY=<your_secret_key_for_jwt> - Start the application.
node app.js - The application should now be running at
http://localhost:3000.

Campground Management: Users can add new campgrounds, view existing campgrounds, and update the details of campgrounds like name, description, and location.

Tourist Spot Management: Users can add new tourist spots, view existing spots, and update the details of tourist spots, such as name, description, and location.

Review System: Users can write reviews for campgrounds and tourist spots, as well as view and edit their own reviews.
