Lock-In : AI Personalized Study Planner

Lock-In AI is a full-stack web application designed to help students plan, manage, and optimize their study routines. It dynamically generates personalized study plans based on user inputs such as subjects, available time, exam dates, and progress. The system adapts over time, helping users stay consistent and focused.

Purpose : The purpose of Lock-In AI is to eliminate unstructured studying and replace it with a clear, adaptive, and goal-oriented system. It aims to improve productivity, reduce procrastination, and help students achieve better academic outcomes through intelligent planning.

  • Personalized study plan generation based on user input, Task breakdown into manageable daily goals
  • Progress tracking with completion indicators, Time estimation for each task
  • Dynamic plan updates based on completed or missed tasks, Resource suggestions for each study topic
  • Clean and modern dashboard interface, Authentication and user-specific data storage
  • Delete and manage study plans

Functionality :

  1. Users create a study plan by providing subject details, available time, and deadlines.
  2. The system generates a structured plan divided into days and tasks.
  3. Each task includes estimated duration and recommended learning resources.
  4. Users can mark tasks as completed, and progress is updated in real time.
  5. The dashboard provides insights such as total tasks, completed work, and overall progress.
  6. Users can access learning resources directly through integrated links.
  7. Plans can be modified or deleted as needed.

Problem Statement : Many students struggle with this

  • Lack of structured study plans, Poor time management, Overwhelming syllabus and unclear priorities
  • Inconsistent study habits, Difficulty finding relevant learning resources

These issues lead to stress, inefficiency, and lower academic performance.

Solution : Lock-In AI addresses these challenges by

  • Providing time-based scheduling to improve discipline, Offering relevant resources to reduce search time
  • Tracking progress to maintain motivation and consistency

By combining planning, tracking, and resource management in one platform, Lock-In AI enables students to study smarter and stay focused on their goals.
