Add TanStack DB blog post

• add header image
• links
• align options descriptions and add note in second part "let's revisit the three options in more detail"
• one-liner to create starter
• change db's badge to beta
• add actual perf numbers & link to codesandbox

I tweaked the typography a bit also — the current line-height and paragraph spacing is pretty large & we're using a smaller font-size for some reason... I think using the tailwind defaults looks a lot better.
