This updates the docs for
queryClient.getQueryDefaultsandqueryClient.setQueryDefaultsto reflect the changes that were made in v5. The v5 migration guide is also updated to include this as a breaking change.I put the migration entry at the end. Let me know if there's a specific order that should be used, or if any other changes are desired.
