Created a new Docusaurus project and modified it to fit the ChipLib library. Added specifications, and a basic landing page.
Created a new docs section for a tutorial outlining the TMP1075N similar to the README file in the example folder.
Created the actions for testing and building the GitHub pages based on the docs.
