Install: TESTAR tool

Environment requirements

• Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, Server 2019 OS
• Java 11 (Java 17 and Java 21 are also actively maintained)
• OrientDB v3.0.3X (to infer a State Model)
• Chromedriver for web applications
• Appium for mobile applications

Download the TESTAR tool

The TESTAR project automatically compiles and provides a compiled Java 11 version:

• TESTAR_dev Java 11 releases

You can also use Gradle to compile the project and create a release distribution:

• TESTAR_dev gradle

Run the TESTAR tool

1. Open a command prompt in the testar\bin\ directory
2. Type testar
3. Read the TESTAR Hands-On for additional information
