FI4GLPI for GLPI 9.1

Backport of the plugin for GLPI 9.2 (9.2-1.0_TECLIB_4) to work with GLPI 9.1 :

• fix static group pagination
• improve on demand deploy job visualisation (restart a successful job, add a refresh button)
• fix pinned job refresh in the task execution view
• FI licence form moved to GLPI software form
• FI locks form moved to GLPI lock form
