Creating a bike share Dashboard using Excel.

Problem Statement

Generate a Bike Sales report for the organization by analyzing the dataset.

Approach

Perform "SWOT Analysis" on the dataset which comprises of 1001 rows and 14 columns to identify gaps and define KPIs (Key Performance Indicator).

Outcome

Establised Interactive Dashboard and Data-Driven Targets for improvements related to sales and target audience.
