This PR upgrades the
pdf-annotate.jsproject to use Webpack 5. It includes:webpackand related dependencies.istanbul-instrumenter-loaderand replaced it withbabel-plugin-istanbul.webpack.config.jsto be compatible with Webpack 5.package.jsonto include the latest versions of dependencies.These changes aim to improve build performance, security, and compatibility with modern tools.
