How to reorganize channels

  1. Update the channels
  2. Update the information in monitored_categories in config.hjson (here: https://github.com/Study-Together-Org/time_counter/blob/005cbfe10f4f4115f0d4b6c0f9515a0f6f6c8156/config.hjson#L103-#L120)
  3. Restart the bot. (bash restart.sh inside the directory of the bot in VPS)
