Make changes to better follow Rust Crate guidelines.

  • Add better error handling.
  • Remove panics, expects and unwraps.
  • Update Github workflow.
  • Make library easier to use.
  • Make necessary RASCII types and functions public.
  • Better handle RASCII options for the user.
  • Update TODO.md.
