Upgraded plugin and increased performance

High performance by using async thread.
Source code is now on GitHub (totally open-source).
Statistics for viewing live progress (/oreregen reload).
Reload command for configuration file (/oreregen stats).
A lot more options in the config.yml file.
And other minor changes
