Various commits to clean, and mostly remove, parts of the repository.
I wanted to add the changes of #44, but decided to just place a comment in the docker compose file for now describing the issue. This because I'm not sure the solution covers the full issue and might not cause other problems. This will also only become relevant once we want to set up a demo case with multiple docker containers.
