Long interview reports have no bookmark navigation, and the loaded answers collection can return questions out of sequence. Render questions in numeric question-index order and add a bookmark for each one, labelled with its number and full question text.

Sorting uses a new list, keeping each question's answer, score, feedback and reference answer together. Bookmarks use layout-generated destinations, so they stay aligned with the actual question positions after pagination. Repeated questions have separate destinations, and headings stay with their question text. Reports without answers do not get an empty outline. The PDF requests the bookmark pane in readers that support it.

Validation: all 23 export regressions passed, covering shuffled and two-digit numbering, record associations, original-list preservation, Unicode and long titles, repeated questions, and cross-page bookmark targets. Java 25 :app:clean :app:test :app:bootJar passed with 380 tests passing and 45 existing disabled tests.
