The Rate of increase for the buys is 30% this may drop down to make it better in some of the high Return on investment items

Added more cheats for FPC and FPS also made the buttons bigger and fixed huge bug where you could buy items in the FPC menu for the regular price just by closing and reopening the menu. As well as the values not saving in that menu
