Modified read me files and content for it

Main purpose was, to add some infos about the IPSTUBE clock...
So the new content sometimes refers to thinks, which are not yet in the main branch.
Like files and envs for IPSTUBE.

In the end, I spent some time with the MD files and modified them and the folder structure.

• Modified the root README.MD file -> new text, modified text, modified format, added some images
• Created a new subfolder "documentation"
• Moved hardware description folders and NTP info folder to the documentation folder
• Changed location for images in the root README.MD also to documentation/ImagesMD folder
• Modified README.MD in the pre-build-images subfolder -> i.e. format the list of the files as table. IPSTUBE is listed, but no pre-built image yet, so "TBD" instead.
• Removed hardware modification folder -> Just one image inside and infos for a really old model, so moved to the end of the README.MD.
• Deleted redundant image (30 dog.bmp)
