Introduce async polyfills for ZipFile.Open and ZipFile.OpenRead (OpenAsync overloads and OpenReadAsync) across the main Polyfill and per-target split files. Update the Consume sample to exercise the new async APIs. Refresh documentation and metadata: api_list.include.md, apiCount.include.md (API count +3), readme.md, and assemblySize.include.md to reflect the new APIs and size changes.
