We previously had separate pages under Shipping/Orders/Fulfillment Providers that had the exact same content about environment variables. The information applies to all apps and should be available at a higher level. Consolidated the content from both forms of the environment variables page.
Focus on shipping first, then orders and inventory.

Many pages had the same content, but were duplicated in the various app-specific
sections. That seems unnecessary. Information that is common to all app types
should be documented at a higher level.
