Recreated Figma frames: login, notifications, pair, and studypals pages

This pull request adds the pages for login, notifications, pair, and studypals based on the Figma designs.

This is great work, however, there are differences i need you to rectify.

1. You changed the look if the sidebar, it would be best if you maintained the colors and sizing of the sidebar that i created (including the highlight when hovering and clicking on the sidebar being darker rather than lighter.) You can replicate the sidebar i have. This should be done on all pages you made.

2. After that change, kindly make sure that the sidebar routes to the desired pages when clicked. Right now it doesn't and that breaks the functionality.

3. Remove the create plan button from the pair page as well. On this page, rectify the notification size, it is different from the other page you made.

4. In the studypals page, remove that border in the searchbar that appears when it is clicked.

5. One more thing, in the next commit i make, the user's profile picture will be "ps.png" make that change in your work to maintain consistency.

You did a great job Tami! After these changes, this pull request should be merged
